How to Choose Your Nicotine Pouch Strength: Zero, 3mg, 6mg, 9mg or 12mg
WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. For adults 21+.
Every Pillowz flavor starts with the same idea: bold flavor in a soft, slim pouch. What changes from tin to tin is the strength. Whether you're new to Pillowz or already have a favorite flavor, picking the right strength makes a real difference in how much you enjoy every pouch. This guide walks through each option and shows exactly which flavors come in which strengths.
Pillowz is made for adults 21 and over who already use nicotine.
What the numbers mean
The number on a Pillowz tin tells you how many milligrams of nicotine are in each pouch. A 3mg pouch has 3 milligrams, 6mg has 6, 9mg has 9 and 12mg has 12. Our Zero Nicotine line has no nicotine at all, only the flavor.
There's no tobacco leaf in any Pillowz pouch. The flavor you taste is the flavor we built.
Zero Nicotine: all flavor, no nicotine
If you like the pouch format and the taste but want to leave nicotine out, the Zero line is for you. Zero flavors include:
- Sour Apple Zero Nicotine
- Sour Blueberry Zero Nicotine
- Sour Orange Zero Nicotine
- Sour Peach Zero Nicotine
- Sour Raspberry Zero Nicotine
- Peppermint Zero Nicotine
Want them all at once? The Sour Zero 5-Tin Multi Flavor Pack includes one tin of each sour Zero flavor. Zero Nicotine products are still sold only to adults 21 and over.
3mg: a light touch
3mg is the lightest nicotine option we make. Adult nicotine users who prefer a mellow pouch, or who want the flavor front and center, often land here. It's a natural starting point if you're trying Pillowz for the first time.
6mg: the middle ground
6mg sits right in the middle. Many adults who already use nicotine pouches find it a comfortable everyday strength. If 3mg feels too light and 9mg feels like more than you want, try 6mg.
9mg: a step up
9mg is for adult users who already know they like a stronger pouch. If you're new to nicotine pouches, start lower and move up only if you feel you need to.
12mg: for experienced adult users
12mg is the strongest Pillowz strength. It's made only for experienced adult nicotine users who already use strong pouches and know exactly what they want. It's not a starting point. If you haven't used pouches at 9mg, begin lower.
12mg is offered in:
- Peppermint, in a single tin or a 5-tin roll
- Sour Lemon, in a single tin or a 5-tin roll
- Sour Pouches 5-Tin Multi Flavor Pack
Availability changes as batches sell through, so check each product page for what's in stock right now.

How to pick your strength
Do you want nicotine at all? If not, go with the Zero line.
Already use nicotine but new to pouches? Start with 3mg. You can always move up later.
Already use another brand? Choose the closest Pillowz match to the strength you use now. Every brand builds its pouches a little differently, so the same number can feel slightly different.
Still not sure? Order single tins in two strengths and compare them over a few days.
Single tin, 5-tin roll or Multi Flavor Pack?
A single tin is the easy way to try a new flavor or strength. The 5-tin roll is the better pick once you know what you like and want to keep it on hand. To sample the lineup, the Sour Pouches 5-Tin Multi Flavor Pack comes in 3mg, 6mg, 9mg or 12mg, and the Sour Zero 5-Tin Multi Flavor Pack covers the Zero side.
