Shipping Policy

Processing time

• Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) with USPS.
• Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your label prints. Tracking can take a few hours to show its first update.

Where we ship

• United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Canada. Duties and taxes may apply on delivery.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on US orders of $70 or more.
• Below $70, and for Canada, rates are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout. Most standard US orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order any time before it ships. Email shop@pillowzpouches.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed or canceled.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If something arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or something is missing, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected items. See our refund policy for details.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package is lost, email shop@pillowzpouches.com with your order number and we'll work it out with you and USPS.
