Really happy with these! The Caramel Macchiato flavor is awesome—it tastes so good and isn’t overly sweet at all, just right. The pouches themselves are super soft and comfortable, and the nicotine release is smooth and steady. Plus, the flavor actually lasts a long time. Will definitely be ordering more!

Couldn’t find a way to email you guys and chat wasn’t working. Just wanted to bring to your attention that the Apple in my multi pack was labeled with 3mg on the top and 9mg on the side.

Blew through my first can in under 24 hours. Definitely the softest, longest lasting pouches already, but this flavor......... 👌 😍 👏 🙌 I'm a long time coffee pouch user, zyn, velo, sesh, pouchmates, roos, thrusday, pablo, Hewitt, nothing as rich as these. Rich, full bodied, sweet, and a tiny bit "nutty" just remarkable.

Here's the thing. I really want to like this brand.. I really do.. I recently picked up a ton of different flavors at 6mg and the Caramel Macchiato was prob my favorite because it tastes A LOT like Cookie Crisp cereal haha. Overall, the flavors are great. Def my fave among other mainstream brands (Zyn, Velo, On, etc).. But man, these things hurt my gums! Mostly the sour flavors- idk if there's citric acid in them to provide the "sour" experience, but my gums are super sore for the last week and the pouches sometimes leave a thin white film in my gum/lip area which, with a little pressure and scraping- I can remove. Between the film and the sore gums, it almost gives you "phantom pouch" syndrome and you'll think you have one in when you actually don't. I've never been so torn about a product. The branding, flavor, value- all great. The sore mouth is less than ideal.

The flavors on these pouches is top notch. Mayne the best flavors Ive tried. The mouthfeel is fine, its a good sized pouch if you like to feel the pouch in your lip, which I do. Its firm, but not abrasive. And they last for a while. I find it leaves a film in my mouth if I use more than one in a day, which is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars.
These caused severe irritation to my gums and I’ve been left with sensitivity to my teeth and gums. I’ve been using nicotine pouches for 7 years and the other pouch to do this was Rouge. I contacted customer support but never heard back. Flavor was good, but cannot use the pouches.

OMG this one is hands down the Best flavor of PILLOWZ and that's some big shoes to fill!!!!so I normally do 6m but with the Carmel I do one 3m apple and a 3m Carmel Boom made my own Carmel apple lol!!!!!now I've started mixing up my flavors trying different combos!!! PILLOWZ Best flavor pouches cleanest nicotine delivery the only bad thing is there are only 2 stores within 100 miles of VEGAS that carry pillowz and they have ruined all other brands lol!!!
