Caramel Macchiato Nicotine Pouches
Questions, Answered.
What does Caramel Macchiato taste like?
Caramel Macchiato tastes like smooth espresso layered with sweet, buttery caramel. It is rich and dessert-like, and the only coffee flavor in our lineup.
If you like Caramel Macchiato, try Wintergreen Nicotine Pouches or Peppermint Nicotine Pouches.
Which Caramel Macchiato strength should I choose?
Caramel Macchiato comes in 3 mg, 6 mg and 9 mg. 3 mg is light and a good place to start. 6 mg is our everyday medium. 9 mg is strong, for experienced users. If you're not sure, start lower and work up.
How long does a Caramel Macchiato pouch last?
Each Caramel Macchiato pouch delivers 30+ minutes of flavor. Every tin holds 20 pouches, and a 5-tin roll holds 100.
How do you use a nicotine pouch?
Place one pouch between your gum and upper lip. You'll feel a light tingle as the flavor and nicotine release. There's no smoke, no vapor and nothing to spit. When you're done, throw the pouch in the trash.
What's the difference between nicotine pouches and vaping?
Nicotine pouches sit under your lip, so there's no device to charge, no vapor and no smell. Pillowz pouches are slim, soft and spit-free. Like vapes, nicotine pouches contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship within 1 business day with tracking. Shipping is free on orders over $70. We ship to the US and Canada.
What if I don't like the flavor?
Your first Pillowz order comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you don't love it, email support@pillowzpouches.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
How should I store Caramel Macchiato pouches?
Keep the tin closed and store it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep pouches out of reach of children and pets.

Every morning with my coffee. These are soooo good!
The Sour Lemon are so good! they taste like a tart lemonade. The absorption of the pouch is very gradual, which I like. Some pouches smack you in the first 2 minutes then the flavor and effect are gone. Not so with Pillowz. And these pouches are sturdy and a good size. The Caramel Macchiato are more subtle in tase but still very good. The order got here when promised and in good condition.
Absolutely my favorite flavor. They are all good but I always find myself reaching for this Carmelmachiato.
Absolutely phenomenal flavor, is the closest to perfect you can get in a nicotine pouch.
Pillowz is my brand! The Sour Lemon is good. How about bringing us a Sour Strawberry?
Really happy with these! The Caramel Macchiato flavor is awesome—it tastes so good and isn’t overly sweet at all, just right. The pouches themselves are super soft and comfortable, and the nicotine release is smooth and steady. Plus, the flavor actually lasts a long time. Will definitely be ordering more!
Every morning with my coffee. Better than the old morning cigarette.
Couldn’t find a way to email you guys and chat wasn’t working. Just wanted to bring to your attention that the Apple in my multi pack was labeled with 3mg on the top and 9mg on the side.
They're all gone and I already ordered more. I am happy with Pillowz and ordered more.
Finally a good coffee flavor
All flavours in the variety pack are amazing. Caramel macchiato is fire. But I finished them too fast. Need more. Also need faster shipping to Canada.
Loving this new flavor
Very much enjoy this delicious flavor! Intense, yet not overwhelming and taste exactly like caramel macchiato.
.
Absolute fire! Goes hand in hand with a cup of coffee!
Blew through my first can in under 24 hours. Definitely the softest, longest lasting pouches already, but this flavor......... 👌 😍 👏 🙌 I'm a long time coffee pouch user, zyn, velo, sesh, pouchmates, roos, thrusday, pablo, Hewitt, nothing as rich as these. Rich, full bodied, sweet, and a tiny bit "nutty" just remarkable.
The most pleasant taste of all that I have tasted!
The best of all the flavors that I have tried.
Great flavor, and long lasting.
I have tried many pouches… and by far yours are the best. Please keep up the good work.
Caramel macchiato is decent, but I much prefer the peppermint
Different than what I am used to, but was pleasantly surprised!
I absolutely love these! Wish you would add a chocolate variety as well.
The best tasting of all I have tried!
Here's the thing. I really want to like this brand.. I really do.. I recently picked up a ton of different flavors at 6mg and the Caramel Macchiato was prob my favorite because it tastes A LOT like Cookie Crisp cereal haha. Overall, the flavors are great. Def my fave among other mainstream brands (Zyn, Velo, On, etc).. But man, these things hurt my gums! Mostly the sour flavors- idk if there's citric acid in them to provide the "sour" experience, but my gums are super sore for the last week and the pouches sometimes leave a thin white film in my gum/lip area which, with a little pressure and scraping- I can remove. Between the film and the sore gums, it almost gives you "phantom pouch" syndrome and you'll think you have one in when you actually don't. I've never been so torn about a product. The branding, flavor, value- all great. The sore mouth is less than ideal.
This is my favorite and it lasts long.
this by far taste the best!
The flavors on these pouches is top notch. Mayne the best flavors Ive tried. The mouthfeel is fine, its a good sized pouch if you like to feel the pouch in your lip, which I do. Its firm, but not abrasive. And they last for a while. I find it leaves a film in my mouth if I use more than one in a day, which is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars.
These caused severe irritation to my gums and I’ve been left with sensitivity to my teeth and gums. I’ve been using nicotine pouches for 7 years and the other pouch to do this was Rouge. I contacted customer support but never heard back. Flavor was good, but cannot use the pouches.
Flavor , amazing ! tastes like coffee and caramel, really enjoy it. Extremely fast shipping, ease in ordering wish there was a subscription option but I will continue to order every month or when I run out.
This one is my favorite!! Excellent flavor that lasts the longest!
Love your products!
Love the taste, last’s longer than zyn, shipping is super fast The cost is very reasonable especially with discount code. So far I will definitely be a permanent customer due to taste, longer lasting flavor fast shipping excellent discount codes👍
Great experience! Fast shipping! Taste of Pillowz is incredible!

PILLOWZ Best flavor pouches cleanest nicotine delivery the only bad thing is there are only 2 stores within 100 miles of VEGAS that carry pillowz and they have ruined all other brands lol!!!
